Dear Colleagues ,
Assalamualikum.
I have already passed two and a half year as Principal in this esteemed Institute . I have tried to bring qualitative change in terms of quality education within the citadel of a soothing environment. I am quite happy with your cooperative attitude and spirit that you have shown. I am pretty sanguine and you all will also agree with me that, Noubahini College is gradually embarking in achieving the standard that we are looking for. But only sky is the limit for standard and success. Still we have long way to go. I believe that, only coordinated effort can yield better success for an Institute like ours . As such,
We would like to start our next year- 2023 in a more coordinated manner where all the stakeholders( Teahers, Students & Guardians) will put their best inputs In Sha Allah. At this juncture, I would like reiterate and share following points with you all which would be beneficial in formulating & executing the plan & policies for the next year:
# All students should be intimated about about the various programme like Syllabus, Exam schedules , schedule of various co-curriculum activities etc at the very beginning of this year. As such proper planning by all concern of School & College sections will be very vital in executing those programmes.
# Students & Guardians must be informed about the complete dress code( Fresh dress, shoes, bag etc).
# Class one & class eleven must come to College in complete uniform on the very first day, without which no one should be allowed. In this connection, VPs AHM, Day coord should notify students / Guardians and to facilitate them to get those well in time. Necessary coordination with tailors & vendors nominated by College to be done beforehand and instructions to be given accordingly.
# Discipline to be promulgated strictly right from beginning of 2023 and instructions in this regard to be given very discreetly by all teachers & staffs to the students.
# Discipline in general means, good conduct, following the routine, coming to College in time with proper dress & haircut, not involving in any disorder etc, in and outside the College campus .
# This year we are going to emphasis more to improve our academic excellence. For that, teachers need to give more attention to conduct classes effectively and efficiently. College authority will expect that, teachers will focus their attention more to the micromanagement of taking classes, use of projector based education etc.
# We believe that, only syllabus based education can’t make students successful in it’s real sense. All students must be involved in different co-curricular activities. They must be a member of at least one of the clubs of our College.
# Aloof from that, some of the selected students should involve themself in international co-curricular activities / competition and we are happy to announce that, we have already started those.
# Students to be involved in daily cleaning of class rooms and surrounding area, they should be taught the social norms, behaviour, values, etc practically by the teachers. There should be clear planning by the VPs, AHM & Day coord on how to implement those.
# We have also planned to bring changes in our exam system. To bring objectivity in exams and assessment system, we have introduced coding and decoding system. In future, the Questions will be also moderated by the nominated moderators.
# I want to again remind you that, Only Quality education, Qualified teachers and Superior infrastructures alongwith our coordinated effort can bring Qualitative changes of our College. With your coordinated effort , one day this esteem Institute will definitely embark to the pinnacle of success In Sha Allah. I am sure, at that time you, me & all will cherish our contribution for this institution that we are leaving behind.

আমি ইতিমধ্যে এই কলেজে অধ্যক্ষ হিসাবে আড়াই বছর পার করেছি। এই সময়ে আমি মানসম্মত শিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে গুণগত পরিবর্তন আনার চেষ্টা করেছি। এই সময়ে আপনাদের সহযোগিতামূলক মনোভাবের জন্য ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছি । আমি বেশ নিশ্চিত এবং আপনারা সকলেই আমার সাথে একমত হবেন যে, নৌবাহিনী কলেজ ধীরে ধীরে আমরা যে মান খুঁজছি তা অর্জনের পথে এগিয়ে চলেছে। কিন্তু শুধুমাত্র আকাশই মান ও সাফল্যের সীমা। এখনও আমাদের অনেক পথ যেতে হবে। আমি বিশ্বাস করি, শুধুমাত্র সমন্বিত প্রচেষ্টাই আমাদের মতো একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য আরও ভালো সাফল্য আনতে পারে। তাই,
আমরা আমাদের পরের বছর- 2023 আরও সমন্বিতভাবে শুরু করতে চাই যেখানে সমস্ত স্টেকহোল্ডার (শিক্ষার্থী, ছাত্র এবং অভিভাবক) তাদের সেরা ইনপুট দেবেন ইনশাআল্লাহ। এই মুহুর্তে, আমি আবারো বলতে চাই এবং নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলি আপনাদের সকলের সাথে শেয়ার করতে চাই যা পরবর্তী বছরের জন্য পরিকল্পনা ও নীতি প্রণয়ন ও বাস্তবায়নে উপকারী হবে:
# এই বছরের একেবারে শুরুতে সমস্ত শিক্ষার্থীকে বিভিন্ন প্রোগ্রাম যেমন সিলেবাস, পরীক্ষার সময়সূচী, বিভিন্ন সহ-পাঠ্যক্রম কার্যক্রমের সময়সূচী ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কে অবহিত করতে হবে। স্কুল এবং কলেজ সেকশনে সঠিক পরিকল্পনার মাধ্যমে এই প্রোগ্রামগুলি কার্যকর করার জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হবে।
# শিক্ষার্থী এবং অভিভাবকদের অবশ্যই পরিপুর্ন ড্রেস কোড ( পোষাক, জুতা, ব্যাগ ইত্যাদি) সম্পর্কে অবহিত করতে হবে।
# ক্লাস ওয়ান এবং ক্লাস ইলেভেনকে প্রথম দিনেই পরিপুর্ন ইউনিফর্মে কলেজে আসতে হবে, যা ছাড়া কাউকে অনুমতি দেওয়া যাবে না। এই বিষয়ে, ভিপি এএইচএম, ডে কোর্ডিনেটর ছাত্র/অভিভাবকদের অবহিত করার ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। কলেজ কর্তৃক মনোনীত দর্জির সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় সমন্বয় আগে থেকেই করতে হবে এবং সেই অনুযায়ী নির্দেশনা দিতে হবে।
# 2023 সালের শুরু থেকে শৃঙ্খলা কঠোরভাবে জারি করা হবে এবং এই বিষয়ে নির্দেশাবলী সমস্ত শিক্ষক ও কর্মচারীদের দ্বারা খুব বিচক্ষণতার সাথে শিক্ষার্থীদের দিতে হবে।
# সাধারণভাবে শৃঙ্খলার অর্থ, ভাল আচরণ, রুটিন অনুসরণ করা, সঠিক পোশাক এবং চুল কাটার সাথে সময়মতো কলেজে আসা, কলেজ ক্যাম্পাসের ভিতরে এবং বাইরে কোনও বিশৃঙ্খলায় জড়িত না হওয়া ইত্যাদি।
# এই বছর আমরা আমাদের একাডেমিক শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব উন্নত করতে আরও জোর দিতে যাচ্ছি। সে জন্য শিক্ষকদের আরও মনোযোগ দিতে হবে কার্যকর ও দক্ষতার সাথে ক্লাস পরিচালনার জন্য। কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ আশা করবে যে, শিক্ষকরা ক্লাস নেওয়ার মাইক্রো ম্যানেজমেন্ট, প্রজেক্টর ভিত্তিক শিক্ষার ব্যবহার ইত্যাদির দিকে আরও বেশি মনোযোগ দেবেন।
# আমরা বিশ্বাস করি যে, শুধুমাত্র সিলেবাস ভিত্তিক শিক্ষাই একজন শিক্ষার্থীকে প্রকৃত অর্থে সফল করতে পারে না। সকল শিক্ষার্থীকে অবশ্যই বিভিন্ন সহপাঠ্যক্রমিক কার্যক্রমে জড়িত থাকতে হবে। তাদের অবশ্যই আমাদের কলেজের অন্তত একটি ক্লাবের সদস্য হতে হবে।
# এছাড়াও নির্বাচিত কিছু শিক্ষার্থীকে আন্তর্জাতিক সহ-পাঠ্যক্রমিক কার্যক্রম /প্রতিযোগিতায় নিজেকে সম্পৃক্ত করা উচিত এবং আমরা ঘোষণা করতে পেরে আনন্দিত যে, আমরা ইতিমধ্যেই শুরু করেছি।
# শিক্ষার্থীদের ক্লাসরুম এবং আশেপাশের এলাকা প্রতিদিন পরিষ্কার করার সাথে জড়িত করতে হবে, তাদের সামাজিক নিয়ম, আচরণ, মূল্যবোধ ইত্যাদি শিক্ষকদের দ্বারা বাস্তবে শেখাতে হবে। ভিপি, এএইচএম এবং ডে কোর্ডিনেটরের সুস্পষ্ট পরিকল্পনা করতে হবে এগুলো বাস্তবায়নের বিষয়ে।
# আমরা আমাদের পরীক্ষা পদ্ধতিতেও পরিবর্তন আনার পরিকল্পনা করেছি। পরীক্ষা ও মূল্যায়ন পদ্ধতিতে বস্তুনিষ্ঠতা আনতে আমরা কোডিং এবং ডিকোডিং পদ্ধতি চালু করেছি। ভবিষ্যতে, মনোনীত মডারেটরদের দ্বারা প্রশ্নগুলিও পরিচালনা করা হবে।
# আমি আপনাদেরকে আবারও মনে করিয়ে দিতে চাই যে, শুধুমাত্র মানসম্মত শিক্ষা, যোগ্য শিক্ষক এবং উচ্চতর পরিকাঠামো আমাদের সমন্বিত প্রচেষ্টার মাধ্যমে আমাদের কলেজের গুণগত পরিবর্তন আনতে পারে। আপনাদের সমন্বিত প্রচেষ্টায় একদিন এই ইনস্টিটিউট অবশ্যই সাফল্যের শিখরে উঠবে ইনশাআল্লাহ। আমি নিশ্চিত, সেই সময়ে আপনি, আমি এবং সকলেই এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য আমাদের অবদানকে লালন করবেন যা আমরা রেখে যাচ্ছি।
